Holtop successfully partnered with Beijing Benz Automotive Co., Ltd. to provide advanced HVAC solutions for the Mercedes-Benz automotive plant expansion and R&D center in China. Within just 90 days, Holtop completed the entire process, including design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, and initial commissioning, for over 90 customized air handling units (AHUs). The total project value was 3.3 million USD, demonstrating Holtop’s strength in efficient project execution and high-quality HVAC solutions.

Products Details of the Air Handling Units

1. Framework & design: Constructed with aluminum alloy framework, thermal insulation, and double-skin panels for enhanced durability and energy efficiency.
2. Cold bridge factor: Complies with EU TB2 standards, ensuring superior insulation.
3. Air leakage: Less than 1% air leakage rate, optimizing air containment and energy savings.
4. Space-saving design: Utilizes a double-fan configuration to maximize space efficiency.
5. Noise reduction: Equipped with silencers before and after the fans to effectively reduce noise.
6. Heat recovery efficiency: Enhanced heat recovery wheel with double cleaning mechanisms for air and water to maintain high thermal efficiency.
7. Energy efficiency: VFD control applied to supply and exhaust fans, ensuring constant air pressure supply and significant energy savings.
8. Winter operation: VFD control of the heat recovery wheel to prevent ice formation during winter.
9. Digital control: Mechatronics digital automatic control system for higher precision and reliability.
