Project Overview

Holtop provided a comprehensive HVAC solution for a maternity hospital, covering operating rooms and patient wards with cleanroom-grade ventilation. The HVAC Solution

Holtop's design integrated dedicated operating-room air handling units (AHU-03 and others) with controllers, heat pump units, chilled-water piping and water tanks, plus return-air (RA) and exhaust-air (EA) grilles. The system includes anesthetic-gas scavenging (AGSS) access, harmful-gas exhaust and a central operating-room control panel — all engineered around lead-sheet radiation protection and maintenance access requirements.
