Armenia Restaurant HVAC – Heat Recovery Wheel DX AHU & Modular Chiller

Project Overview

For a newly built restaurant in Armenia, Holtop's BAQ team supplied a high-efficiency fresh-air heat recovery AHU with an integrated DX system. The unit continuously delivers preconditioned fresh air — preheating or cooling it using energy recovered from indoor exhaust — to create an ideal, comfortable dining climate.

The HVAC Solution

The heat-recovery wheel DX air handling unit uses a DX coil to guarantee a comfortable fresh-air supply temperature of 24–26°C. Holtop paired it with a newly developed air-cooled modular chiller supplying 7°C chilled water to indoor fan coil units (FCU), regulating the indoor environment throughout the space. Together they form an integrated, energy-saving HVAC solution.
