Project Overview

For a 2,750 m² biscuit production line in Tanzania running three ovens 24 hours a day, Holtop delivered a purpose-built food-factory ventilation system. With oven discharge temperatures around 40°C, the plant needed reliable fresh-air supply and heat extraction that also met food-manufacturing cleanliness standards. Holtop supplied the complete turnkey solution — from unit design to ductwork and installation platforms.

The Ventilation Solution

Holtop's engineering team designed Jet-type fresh air handling units (FAHU) fitted with HEPA filters together with dedicated exhaust units, all coordinated by a PLC control system to balance fresh-air volume and hygiene requirements. Based on the site layout, Holtop determined optimal unit placement and supplied the entire air duct system and mounting platforms, delivering a single-source, right-first-time HVAC project.
